Advice to make life easier.
Being on a Cleanse makes it a necessary evil to plan ahead so this tip is good anytime but it is especially relevant now. Cook ahead. Whatever you are making double it or for that matter make a vat of it and freeze meal sized portions for another day. That takes care of dinner for awhile.
Keep a bowl of cooked brown rice in the fridge as it can last for days.
You can freeze cooked rice too if you wish and this cuts down on the time for you to throw together a meal. Any of the stews, soups, chilis, casseroles or curries that you cook ahead and freeze will pair nicely over a bed of rice so keep the stuff on hand ready to go.
Pre-Breakfast:
Missed the acidophilus this morning. Took the Herbals with breakfast.
Breakfast:
Guacamole Omelette (Omelette with Pre-Made Guacamole) with sauteed Onions and roasted garlic + coffee
Lunch:
Hummus + Rice Chips
Dinner:
Salad + Chorizo Spaghetti Sauce (Marinara Sauce with Chorizo Sausage) and Noodles
