‘My Hands Feel Better Now’:
That seems like a simple statement but you have no idea what that means to me.  I’ve been Arthritic for a few years now and there were Some days I couldn’t hold a pen. The stiffness and inflammation that accompany the condition aren’t the same today, and luckily I noticed it.  They say when a person starts to experience healthfulness they don’t usually pay attention to the symptoms that have left them, because health is our natural state of being, and so when we return to it -that too feels natural and goes unnoticed.

I noticed and I’m Feeling Grateful.  I hope this feeling lasts.  You see I’ve noticed a connection between my hormones and my Moon Cycle so I may not have heard the last of it if the two are connected.  Today however is a good day.  Let’s sidle over to the nosh table and take a peek shall we?

Pre-Breakfast:

Acidophilus and Herbals

Breakfast:

Apple Juice Smoothie with:

Caprylic Acid/Bentonite
Nutri-flex

Lunch:

Candida Tip of the day:

Keep the sugar to a minimum.  Make it a special occasion thing instead of an every day thing.
