I’m not really sure if this is ‘Waste’ coming up through the skin but it’s going on a couple days now that my shoulders feel like Braille.  I know that when the Organs of Elimination are over stressed and can’t handle the work load, that Toxins will rise up through the largest organ we have…our skin.  If that is what’s happening here…yippee skippy!  It means that whatever I’m doing is working.  The ‘Crap’ is trying to come out.  Just when I was tempted to mow down on some Chocolate Turtles I received a little indication that the ‘Junk’ is starting to rise to the surface and leave my body the fastest route it can find.  I suppose I can stave off the Bon Bons for another day.

Pre- Breakfast:

Acidophilus + Herbals (Salmon Oil/Gingko/Femaherb)

Breakfast:

Lemon Smoothie with Nutria-flex, Caprilac Acid, Bentonite clay

Lunch:

Zucchini Tomato Medley, for a Candida Cleanse recipe, image by Monica Holy

Dinner:

Beef Burger, Soy Cheese, on  Lettuce, suitable for a Candida Cleanse, using Food as Alternative Medicine,  image by Monica Holy

Hamburger Salad (our version of a hamburger without the bun)

Tip: Tie your hair back Ladies and Gents.  If you are feeling frisky try bundling the whole deal up like it’s a wrap and eat it with your hands.  On a lucky day I’ve managed to keep the burger in the ‘bun’ but usually it turns into a fork and knife deal.  This is the Ultimate Finger Food and the closest thing to ‘Normal’ for me.  Absolute comfort food.

Snack:

Dry Roasted Edamame is a great snack suitable for a Candida Cleanse, image by Monica Holy Roasted Salted Peas for a Healthy Snack, image by Monica HolyI gave Dry Roasted Edamame (soybeans) by Palace Deli a whirl but it just didn’t stick.  Not my cup of tea.

So Peas, Peas, Peas it is. Dry Roasted Peas.

Speaking of Tea.. Lemon Ginger is the only Herbal Tea in the kitchen besides caffeine varieties so clearlyI have some shopping to do.

Candida Tip:

Some sweeteners are better than others.  Choose Molasses, Honey, Barley Malt, Rice or Maple Syrup over artificial types.  These have more vitamins and minerals to offer than the Empty Calories of Processed Sugar.
