En route 66.

I’m on day 66 of my cleanse and still assaulting your senses with bad puns.  Sorry about that.

Let’s talk about your poor ol’ Intestinal Walls.  They’ve taken a shit kicking.  All the Gas and Bloating and Food Allergies have had an impact in there. Its time to do damage control and give them some herbal lovin’.

Aloe Vera Juice tastes like Draino and it works? The only way I could get it down me was to mix it in with lemonade and toss it back followed by a chaser of something else.  50 ml taken 3x a day will help to heal damaged intestinal walls. I can’t stress enough how good it is for you nor how badly it tastes. Man up.  There’s always Slippery Elm Powder.

The last time I tried slippery elm powder was in a concoction for Essiac Tea which is a MAJOR Blood Cleaner upper used in an Alternative Cancer Cure. It tastes like dish soap.  They don’t call it slippery for nothing. It coats and protects Mucus Membranes and 1 tsp a day should do it until the damaged areas are healed.  Normally you mash it into fruit but since that is on the no no list try mashing it into some other food stuff.  Whatever you do don’t add it to liquids as it just doesn’t mix properly and becomes a lumpy mess.

If I’ve already scared you off with the aforementioned items there is always Vitamins A, E and Coenzyme Q10, Zinc and something obtained from rice bran called Glutamine and Gama-Oryzanol to help the healing of the digestive tract along.  Happily these usually come in capsule form so it’s less disgusting to get down….but that’s just my opinion.  YOU may have an easier time of it.
