I’m going out into the public today.

It happens occasionally although I prefer not to as it’s a hassle to me to ‘pack up’ nibblies  when venturing out my door for the day.

It is also time I hit the grocery store with my menu plan list for the next two weeks. Grocery shopping is the ultimate in self control.  It’s hard not coming back with a brick of Hagen daz but then again that’s why we make a list.  So we know when we’re cheating.  (only kidding)

Pre-Breakfast

Acidophilus + Herbals to start the day off right.

Breakfast of Champions:

Bob's Red Mill Creamy Rice Cereal, suitable for a Candida Cleanse, Gluten, Yeast and Sugar Free
Hot Brown Rice Cereal + Stevia + Rice Milk

Lunch:

Curried Turkey and Wild Rice Soup + Herbal Tea

‘Twos-ies’:

Curried Turkey and Wild Rice Soup again (it’s gonna be a long day)

Dinner:

Hearty Winter Soup, Stew, for a Candida Cleanse Experiment by Nicole Chayka for Middle Earth Home

Hearty Winter Soup

Can it be called dinner at 10:30pm?  The meeting for our town’s Sustainability Committee ran a little late…I don’t like eating this late but MAN was I starving.

½ cup of Turkey/Wild Rice Soup on the car ride home followed by a full bowl of  Hearty Winter Soup of Beef/Tomato/Quinoa around 11:30pm.  Whew!

Did I mention that I end my day with Calcium/Magnesium? It definitely helps to put me into a deeper REM Cycle.  I’m starting to remember my dreams again.  I’ll let you know if I have a good Sex Dream. Ya, you’ll be the first to know (wink).
