In an effort to be completely up front with whomever is reading this page (not to comply with FTC rulings as this blog is not based in the U.S.A.) I’d like to share the following disclosure policy: If you are reading our blog you should assume the following…
We’re trying to make a living here.
It is our mission to gather, gather, gather information on alternative green ideas and products concerning a sustainable, or off the grid lifestyle and put it all in one place.
We love what we are doing. We thrive on every little scrape of new ideas (or old) that come our way, and we want to share our findings with other ‘alternative’ thinkers who are ready to pack up the bus, leave the city and get back to the land.
Isn’t it easier to read, read, read about it all in one place? Of course this takes up all of our time and so we’d like to create a win-win-win situation because that’s just the kind of gals we are.
We intend to bring you quality content FREE! And in exchange for said content you’ll have to forgive us the monetizing of our site. That’s just the way it is. Radio has worked on this system since Ella was singing “Summertime” back in the day. New medium, same concept. We LOVE bringing and sharing our findings with you. Ads are a drag but even then, if you see something you wanted to link out to and buy, we’ve just hooked you up, and we think that can be called a service too. We’ll never put up an affiliate link that would cost you anything extra, but it would be nice if we could make a little on the side for referring you. Thanks for helping out.
So to reiterate we’re going for a little give and take here. We sincerely hope that you find some little tidbit that will make you feel like you’ve won the lottery, and we hope you will come back again, and again, and again to see what new mischief ‘the girls’ are getting into this time.
